      Management-it's their way or the highway!! Don't ever speak up or you will be targeted and treated like crap. Very to little or no training, favoritism is alive and well. One of the owners son even left because of a hostile manager!!

      Friendly people to work with Good benefits Decent communication

      Not open to new ideas Will fire you with no notice or warning Seems to only keep people who fit their mold of what they're looking for- those who think differently usually get cast out Very homogenous employee demographics Terrible work/life balance, no time cards, potential time theft
