      Pros

      Great benefits and people. Services were fantastic, and customers were never too terrible. Overall, it was a typical cable company and call center job.

      Cons

      Felt overworked and under appreciated. Especially during the height of covid. Felt like they were doing the bare minimum when it came to covid protocols

      Not open to new ideas Will fire you with no notice or warning Seems to only keep people who fit their mold of what they're looking for- those who think differently usually get cast out Very homogenous employee demographics Terrible work/life balance, no time cards, potential time theft
