      The company has a fantastic culture and excellent leaders who provide opportunities for learning and development. I have had the pleasure of working with wonderful colleagues, which is reflected in the high average tenure.

      Cons

      I currently do not have any drawbacks to mention. While every company has its quirks, I have been thoroughly satisfied with my experience here.

      Not open to new ideas Will fire you with no notice or warning Seems to only keep people who fit their mold of what they're looking for- those who think differently usually get cast out Very homogenous employee demographics Terrible work/life balance, no time cards, potential time theft
