Overworked, underpaid, under appreciated - Direct Support Professional (DSP) Arrowleaf Employee Review

We’re nothing but bodies to the managers/supervisors/hr/upper management. I’ve worked doubles, splits, been mandated, worked days overtime, all before I was even dsp certified. On top of being overworked and overtired, management refuses to do anything about toxic, hostile employees. I’ve been bullied, had rumors started against me, been ostracized for being homosexual, been called names and been pushed to the verge of burnout. I’ve only been here a few months. If you don’t fit into the clique, you’re pushed out.
