As every company its good cost cutting even i contribute a large in cost cutting but the new leaders are not care what a big contribution of yours and give preference to there buttering people who are really good for nothing but they definitely contribute a big role in shutting down the company but the existing and senior leaders don't care about that ,just busy in collecting money and ruling on new boys and girls as like dictatorship /Hitler which is not in favour of Arrows Group .
Good performer are leaving or fired by indian leaders its a bad for Arrows group .
Existing leaders are not caring about Arrows Group position and business they are ruling there own kingdom over there .

Lot of Politics , Favouritism ,partiality,Firing ,work pressure is the big issue in this company from 2017,
Company call employees in weekend also to work there( without appreciation) if somebody deny than he/she must be ready to leave the job any time
Few selected buttering people (with non performer or bad performer) do Beer party on every Friday, Thanks to those leaders who like buttering .
Earlier it was the best company to work .
