      Competitive salary (if you negotiate it yourself) Highly qualified colleagues Most of the colleagues are great people

      Cons

      Toxic environment in Artec Studio development team: the devs who are in the company for a long time highly discourage any attempts to improve the processes, practices and any creative freedom by acting like a know-it-all and condescending. Career growth opportunities are non-existent. HR is looking for senior developers but team leads treat them like a middle developers.

      The hq is in Europe. Sometimes there is a lack of communication.

      Get to work with new 3d scanning equipment and leading edge technology.

      Cons

      Management in other country, disorganized and last minute decision making. Very poor communication among everyone in the company. For example, the engineers and head of technical support believe in doing the same thing over and over will come out different.
