- Management is completely out of touch with their employees - All management members are Russians and were hired due to their personal friendship with CEO, not for their professionalism. - There are numerous problems with internal processes due to management not trusting professionals they hire - Huge salary disparity across the company. Getting a bonus is impossible, salary increase is like 5% over two-three years. Overwork is never payed. - Goals and deadlines that do not allow for high quality implementations, all products are half-baked and released way too early - Management is incapable to listen to any sort of criticism, and is very easily offended. - Toxic positivity culture: company problems or even challenges are never discussed in public, only good news. People who are talking about problems are pressured and silenced.
