      Pros

      I get to work with some of the most creative people I know and the team is very close. Everyone cares for each other and that makes work enjoyable. We love and appreciate our work culture.

      Many opportunities for advancing your career by obtaining knowledge from cutting edge technologies that are used in this company,

      If your not a quick learner, you might have trouble adapting to the fast pace.

      Pros

      About a handful of the people you work with are great (none of senior management).

      Cons

      No recognition for success, no opportunities to grow. The only thing you will take away from working here is extreme burn out and emotional exhaustion.
