Believe me everything is Cons here. - Founders do not have manner to talk to employees. - No Vision to drive business. - Senior Management is pointless. - They treat employees badly. - They can fire you any time without any notice without giving you proper reason. - They don't believe in taking suggestions. - There is environment of fear among all employees - No work life balance - Employees resigns within 5-6 months max - working with this organisation can be injurious to health - Unethical working style
