      Pros

      They support their staff like no other. They are inclusive and innovative. They all Really care about what art can mean to these kids. They offer unbelievable training opportunities I’ve never found elsewhere and they compensate their TAs for their time and efforts.

      Talented and committed team, and genuinely nice people. Strong and visionary leadership.

      Cons

      The work oftentimes seemed never ending, so there wasn't much down time to simply renew and recharge.
