Pros
There are some great people who work there and the work you do ultimately benefits a lot of people who really need it.
Cons
The company was sold by the original three owners to a huge national corporation. Consequently, the “family” feel left the company. The management was reshuffled or replaced and now there is a real “call center” vibe to the whole place. Depending on where you work, your numbers are what are important, not the client. That’s why I got canned.
