The downside is the work/life balance, there isn't any because you live to work. Worked overtime for weeks at a time and then barely making any hours for months. every single project is at an EXTREMELY rushed pace! I felt under constant stress to complete projects at break neck speed rather than take a moment to take a step back and make sure it's perfect. Overall I really liked this company, but it isn't a stable place to work at. Billable hours are all they talk about, if you can't bill clients 100% of the time then you get penalized for "performance". Upper management needs to change.
