      Pros

      Freedom and flexibility to work remotely. Access to databases, carriers and systems with a client first mentality. Owner is accessible and supportive and I have seen the follow through when she says she's reinvested into client support

      Cons

      I eat what I hunt so if I fail it's on me. It's a small business and the owner is transparent about this but if you're expecting big hedge fund $$ and expense accounts to take prospects bar hopping and golfing, it's not there.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and grow. Owner is very involved in making sure we do things the right way and all above board. Plenty of opportunity in the pay structure to make $$ while doing good.

      Cons

      Not being a big corporate business there is still room to bolster the benefits but that seems to be coming along as they grow
