- Salaries are very low as compared to your skill set - Some team members are extremely incompetent, but sadly the managers do not care, instead they will defend them and you will have to work on their behalf, without any compensation - Yearly salary raises are extremely unfair - No personal career growth - Senior leadership as well as managers keeps changing almost every 2 years. - No compensation or recognition from managers for a Well Done Job. - No matter how extraordinary you perform, at the year end evaluation, the managers will do their best to not say that, instead they will try to convince you that you hardly are meeting expectations, or worst, you need improvement, so that you do not expect a salary raise.
