Pros
Sometimes you can participate in outdoor sports to refresh. You can have free half meal here. Not full meal as they can't afford it. You will realize it. Everyone's Birthday celebrations held here with every employee's pocket money every time. Company don't spend a single money for this.
Cons
1. You will not get any hike here ever, although they promise you at the time of joining. 2. If u are a intern you will get cash salary here, no proof of your salary or there is no salary slip. 3. Manager's behaviour is not good, when you go to take your salary at his room. He will definitely taunt you like "you need your salary?", "why you need your salary?".....etc. 4. Current CTO talks to everyone in a rude manner. He doesn't learnd how to talk to employees politely. Such a arrogant person he is!!! 5. Some employees and Seniors demotivate you, taunt you, if you are doing some extra work and growth in your personal life.
