Tight- knit clique - Anonymous employee Ashforth Co. Employee Review

My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing. It became clear very quickly. That promotions and advancement opportunities were reserved. Almost exclusively for small inner circle of favorite individuals. Hard-working employees that’s why the group of consistently ever left regardless of performance and dedication. T, the lack of transparency, professionalism and fairness, created a toxic environment all dropped and talented people for felt undervalued. Instead of recognizing skill and effort, leadership seem to be more interested in maintaining their tight knit clique. If you were looking for a workplace where grow to space down here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
