Supervisors, Seniors looking out for themselves. Even learning something new is hard because of the absurd targets. Management always finds the loopholes and make the rules work for only them rather than the employees. Not even a canteen for production dept where they can have lunch comfortably. Had to eat lunch sitting on the floor in the store room.
