Experience at Asite - UI Developer Asite Employee Review

1) Need to update infrastructure as employee headcount is growing rapidly. 2)There should be same salary policy for all employees, if you are applying salary policy to employee just after 2-3 month of joining then you should also apply same salary policy/increments to employee who joined 3 months late. 3)Need to streamline process. On of the worst process i have ever seen. Need to train mangers for it, rather than following their own ideas and methodology use standard Agile practices. 4)Infra needs to be stabilize, something always gets down. Try to include some experience person with fresher. 5)Hikes should be based on performance based rather than fixed range hike for everyone. 6)Not much salary gap between fresher and experience. good for fresher bad for experience. 7) Retain top talent.
