      Solipsism; thriving environment for sociopaths. Events, meeting interesting people, also a bonus.

      Cons

      Several pleas for help regarding mental health issues were largely/entirely ignored. My bosses seemed not to care at all; only HR were able to reassure me. At times bullied by senior figure.

      The products are fun to work with. The culture is fun and supportive. Lots of trust an ownership given to solve problems.

      Cons

      It seems that your direct manager has a lot of influence over your overall experience. Good manager good experience, but bad manager bad experience.
