Cons
In my experience, Aspect Maintenance lacks basic structure and effective management. There is no clear alignment between managers, and instructions frequently contradict each other. Decisions appear to be made on impulse rather than through any defined process, which creates constant confusion and stress for employees. Work outside normal office hours is regularly expected and often treated as standard, rather than exceptional. There is little respect for boundaries or work–life balance, and this contributes to an extremely high-pressure environment. Management support is inconsistent, and accountability is poor. Expectations are unclear, feedback is not constructive, and responsibilities shift without notice. Over time, this leads to sustained stress and has a serious negative impact on mental wellbeing. The positive reviews shown online do not reflect my experience of working here and feel disconnected from the reality faced by most employees.
