      Pros

      It's a promising start-up, with new customers arriving by the minute. Pays relatively well for local and remote employees.

      Cons

      The executive team is made up of inexperienced individuals who have in many occasions put their own interests first, and the company's best second. It's disappointing to see that Aspen's core values are purely theoretical and that the culture is mainly cosmetic. Honestly disappointed.

      Schedules are flexible salary pay great culture great management CEO works closely with us and shows he actually cares I can manage my time outside of work Not overwhelming or too demanding Opportunities to grow since the company is growing

      Poor communication Does not properly pay employees I have reached out multiple times to try to resolve issues with payment. I can’t even get a text or call back. Do not work with them.
