      Pros

      I enjoyed the aspect of living in such a controlled, easy to understand environment. Moving there, training, employee housings, guaranteed hours made it simple and fun for an 18 year old who took a semester off.

      Cons

      Employee housing can be hit or miss. I enjoyed the amount of cannabis around but it should be considered when making a decision.
