Community spirit--employees, management, and ownership all (well, almost all) share a love and passion for the area, the community, the lifestyle, the mountains, and the experience of the guests, as well as their fellow employees. Compared with much of its competition, departments work well together, and pay and most benefits are superior (at least for long-term and full-time employees) Management is accessible, and eager to share time with and hear ideas from employees. It maintains a sense of humor!
