Pros

The pros are youre remote

Cons

Cons, I dont even know where to start. Training is 2 days of the system and then they give you claims. They give you an hr of how they do evals/demands. And the process is WILD! You do your own BIE evaul and then send it to your supervisor who then does their own evaluation and 2 days before the demand is due they say OK heres your offer which is such a low ball offer. I was only here for 9 months and I never got cussed out as much as I did in those 9 months. Things are changing every week here and the managers are super passive agressive in their email to everyone Employees are goofing off just to get OT, because when I started I was always caught up and the employees told me to slow down so I can get the overtime.

Pros

Work and life balance was good

Cons

Micromanaging supervisors, not enough pay for the amount of work and stress put on by supervisors for meeting metrics. Even when you’re exceeding metrics they still try to place unreachable goals and then constantly question why you’re not meeting when you’re still above average. Not a lot of room for growth, always dangling a “promotion” in front of you but never actually go through with it. The annual merit “raises” of 50 cents are insulting and laughable. They think an end of year $1k bonus makes up for being underpaid.
