Good for fresh grads - Accounts Payable Analyst (AP) Aspiro Employee Review

All of your coworkers will be the most amazing, funny, fun, down to earth, and awesome people you will meet. Company will hire you even if you dont have a lot of outdoor experience. Administrative staff are all awesome and down to earth people. You are treated very well and it is very evident that people care about. The administration cares about you as a person and wants to see you grow, personally and professionally. You get amazing experience doing what you do at Aspiro. Very outdoorsy and adventurous culture. The list could go on and on....

It is a very challenging job considering the population that you are working with. Its great having an 8 day on and 6 day off schedule, however can be hard to have a social world outside of Aspiro. Communication between staff can be a bit frustrating at times.

There were some amazing perks to this job however there were too many people to answer to and all of them had different viewpoints so you were always left wondering who is going to get upset today. There is no such thing as a work/life balance, everyone has a chip on their shoulder and the person in charge does not help/nurture individual professionals to grow. At times it the work atmosphere felt to political (political messaging, anti-cop etc.)
