Poor management structure, uninspiring leadership. It's clear that leadership does not care about employees. Last week they fired 18 people and announced mandatory 5 days per week in office, despite employees joining under a 2 days per week hybrid model. Copmlete lack of empathy in delivery, and little to no clear justification for the changes.
