      * Best of both worlds - Growth and learning at the pace of startup and good work-life balance * Team is the best part about working at Assembly, everyone is highly skilled and ready to help whenever needed * Excellent work-life balance, they even have a wellness day every month * Amazing work culture * Management is excellent, constructive feedback is communicated regularly * Projects are assigned keeping your career growth and your personal career goals in mind * Fully remote, they provide WeWork passes too if you want to work from an office

      Since it's a remote company, communication and learning might be difficult for the first few months

      Pros

      Mostly flexible working hours - need to run to a doctor's appointment mid-day? No problem here. Need a mental health day? No questions asked! Assembly is an employee-focused and driven culture. The team collaborates and pivots well - seemingly everyone is in sync with one another and what is happening within the organization. Lots of opportunities to try new things without needing inner politics for approval - a great start-up to hone in skillsets you would not otherwise be exposed to. Emphasis on company culture and ensuring all employees across the board are appreciated, heard, and seen!
