Slow March to Irrelevance - Sales Assembly Legal Employee Review

Assembly Legal was the merging of Needles and TrialWorks- the idea of migrating these two legacy customer bases to an updated cloud product had massive potential... and they blew it. Neos (the cloud solution) was nowhere ready to be released but the customer base trusted them which lead to a disaster. It was sold on features that were "coming soon". Nearly two years later and most of these features and functionality still aren't available. "Premium Intake" and "Customer Portal" were marketed and sold back in November 2018 and still are not available. The company and product's reputation has been damaged beyond repair within the legal industry and it's a now just a slow march to irrelevance.
