      Flexible work schedule, 4 weeks PTO assigned on January 1st every year, Great coworkers

      Cons

      PTO doesn't roll over, still very much in startup phase so disorganized, as of summer 2024 Assembly is still in seed phases - not profitable yet and not at full production

      Excellent flexibility/work-life balance, decent pay, lots of perks like food and commuter benefits

      Cons

      Still a startup making job security a big issue. Layoffs in 2024 resulted in over half the workforce being let go - including people who had only been brought on a few months prior.
