Pros
AssessFirst is completely different to any other company I've worked for. Starting from the recruitment process, I was hired within a week - it was fast, concise and I felt as though throughout every stage of the process, Annelie had me well informed and was completely transparent about what I could expect. So far, all is amazingly good. I feel completely trusted by my manager, my colleagues are friendly and are willing to help me at any stage and the environment, especially for a fully remote company is fantastic (it's been challenging at previous organisations I've worked for. The flexibility of being able to work remotely really helps with the work/life balance. I feel as though this is something that Assessfirst really works hard to achieve, in my interview process the CEO David had this as one of his missions and it really has gone above and beyond what I was expecting.
Cons
Like any fast growing startup there are some growing pains which are fully being addressed, but wouldn't exactly say it's a con.
