The atmosphere is welcoming. The training is extensive, the coworkers are lovely people. The job is rewarding. Work environment is laid back, and flexible.

Because of state regulations with Medicaid a lot of polices, processes can be changed quite rapidly. Benefits aren’t very good and they are quite expensive. There is options to advance but you must wait until someone leaves that portion, could be years.

Great employees, Leadership Team and Board of Directors. The organization is a solid non-profit that provides services to individuals with disabilities in accordance with their Core Values and Mission Statement. Assets makes a difference in the lives of the individuals they serve!

Grant funds through the State of Alaska, Dept. of Health & Social Services continue to be reduced for critical community based services for individuals with disabilities.
