AE's have ever-changing qualification, pricing, and sales cycles making it hard to find consistency. BDR team contributes 90% of new business at the org with little to no sales enablement, new tools, or inbound leads.

Cons

Marketing, Sales, and RevOps aren't aligned at all.

During my time at Assignar, I met a lot of really great coworkers and felt like everyone was on a Team mentality.

Cons

The company has been around for over 10 years, however they are still operating as if they are a start up.
