      Pros

      Nice small company atmosphere with small office.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Has no idea how to manage an office. Creates a lot of issues. Does not know any HR rules. Does not know how to make employees stay. Very high turnover.

      Small company, there still trying to get up to date with technology but there good people who work for the company

      Cons

      Not much training, you learned as you go which can get frustrating at times but the managers are very understanding.
