Feedback is a gift and always hard to hear tough critisim. We are sorry whoever this person was had a bad experience. Senior management works hard daily to ensure we have a great environment to work at. We try to be very flexible with our schedule based on client needs and our capacity. We always encourage our team members to seek out help when things inevitably get overwhelming. For days off we have a competive PTO policy similar to industry standards. Our hourly requirement during busy season is also based on industry standards and monitor our team to ensure they are not being overworked.
