1) Very nit-picky and micro-management is high 2) Every sales representative was changed from salary to hourly pay with little heads up at the end of 2022. 3) Every sales rep was able to enjoy an hour lunch that used to be paid for. Now it's not paid for and you only have 30 minutes to take it. 4) As a whole, the company had a successful 2022 thanks to the sales professionals and KPI's went up more than 300%. A majority weren't rewarded anything and only 3 out of 33 reps were just given gift cards. Instead what we got was our flexibility was decreased and we started getting unpaid lunch so that the company can increase profits and revenue.
