      * Fantastic people and clinicians who care about mental health & wellbeing * Opportunity to help individuals and corporations * Autonomous role

      Cons

      * Does not practice what it preaches - a wellbeing company that does not care about the wellbeing of their employees. Revenue before care. * Poor systems/process - no investment in marketing or tools to help you do your job * CEO is a micro-manager and very cost conscious - Heads of Department are not empowered to drive innovation or invest in staff.

      You are allowed to work from home

      Cons

      Extremely poor pay for experienced clinicians. Limited free time as they want every hour accounted for. Extreme poor pay. Extreme poor support. Most counsellors with over 15 years experience should be on 20K more and they only give you bare minimum pay rises and some year ZERO. Yet they are a profit organisation. As most have said here they need to pay experienced counsellors more pay at least 20K more a year!
