Pros

- Location is right next to the Spectrum, so you get to eat there on lunch! :) - The building is nice - Good location - CEO constantly uses words incorrectly and tries to talk intelligently about things he clearly knows nothing of...so at least there is entertainment there and you can laugh with your colleagues about.

Cons

- If you have other offers, strongly consider them. If you have to take this job offer, please read the advisories below. - Benefits are bottom of the barrel (high deductibles, the lowest tier plan, etc) - Verbal abuse, get used to it at this company. The company is really small. Stay out of the CEO's way if you can help it and your time here will go by faster. This was the most difficult thing to endure, and really damages your confidence and spirit if you stay for too long, the other employees are great it's the CEO you have to watch out for. - Watch out for the lies and false promises (bonuses don't exist, but they'll promise based on performance). - It is a small company but I've seen some crazy things go down there, things I can't disclose on a public forum. - It is a startup company, future is uncertain - Everyone who works here is new in their career path and mostly high school graduates. I assume that is why most felt like they had to take this abuse and that it was normal in corporate America, but WOW that was a dark start to my career and embarrassing to talk about. I now work for a bigger sales company in Los Angeles and am treated with a lot of respect for my skills and abilities. This was a really weird adjustment coming from a place like Assured Performance, but I can't tell you how big of a difference a good company makes in your life. It depresses me to think of my time here and wish I had left sooner but on the bright side it makes me truly grateful for the company I work for now. - Just look at all the bad reviews online about this company, the ratings can't get any lower. Most companies at least get a few stars, might want to consider anything else, anything at all but this place...

Pros

If your looking for a place of growth, you've found it. I have been employed here for over 2 years and i absolutely love it! Kind people. Sweetest HR department!! And always has a door open for everything! Management is always there for you and helps you when you need it. CEO and Executive staff are very sweet! 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Holidays Off and we have Optional Holidays too! Not many companies offer all of these benefits.

Cons

For you to succeed, work hard and do your best!

Pros

Some of the other line level employees that worked there at the time were amazing people...however, I kept in touch with most of them and they all have been let go. The health benefits were decent with 80% personal coverage for myself paid for by the company. I had to pay full price for coverage for my spouse.

Cons

This company does not value the line-level employees at all. After initial training (of approximately 4 days), there is no furthering of education. You will need to bother your team mates for answers most of the time. Sales made were in the thousands of dollars and there was NO commission paid initially. Within a few weeks of joining the sales team, they implemented a $20 commission per sale. On average, sales took many hours of total interaction (over several phone calls, getting to the decision makers, etc.) and we were paid a decent (slightly low) hourly wage especially for Southern California wages. We were expected to produce big numbers no matter what, and whether you did or did not produce, you were likely to be let go.
