Toxic and Stressful Enviornment - Administrative Assistant Assyrian Universal Alliance Foundation Employee Review

This is an extremely stressful and toxic enviornment to work in. There is rampent backstabbing, favoritism, and gossip in all departments. Benefits are slim and are being cut down year by year. Communication is inconsistent and confusing and there is little to no training or support given to staff to improve these conditions. Policy is enforced very inconsistently, and exceptions are constantly made for members of staff with personal relationships to hirer ups. These issues are brushed off an inevidable or insignificant, and there exists no possibility these conditions will ever improve.
