      Pros

      The industry they are involved in is recession proof. There is a lot of potential for this company to be the largest and the best in the industry, if the decision to do so would be made.

      Cons

      Aspects of the business are farmed out to less qualified companies. Insufficient analysis done on potential business opportunities impacting decisions. Very poor communication creating poor business decisions.

      Pros

      There are really no pros in this company. Only benefit is for the officers and directors.

      Cons

      Family run company too exclusive...no room for growth. Excessive turnover, very rigid in their approach. It very much like two worlds, the insiders and the outsiders. Outsiders never get a fair chance. Its a Public company but runs like a small family practice.
