      Pros

      The company has some really great IP with some really great people. The potential for the company is here.

      Cons

      The problem is that while some people are great, others are hindering the progression and it feels like management keeps doubling down on these people. The turnover rate is astounding and it does not appear as though any steps have been made to make changes to prevent high turnover in the future.

      Pros

      Great team with a lot of very smart and talented people. Work life balance wasn't terrible unless you were on specific teams. Interesting projects and work that was engaging. Certainly never a boring job.

      Cons

      Leadership consistently made bad decisions and ignored the engineering teams feedback. Run by MBA's and business people in an industry almost entirely dictated by engineering requirements. Not an engineering, physics-first decision process.
