Plus, one of the owners brings his dog to work and she's awesome!! Laid back atmosphere and you can work remote, too.

You see everything in your scope of work as well as everyone else’s scope of work. Higher tiered employees have little to manage compared to entry level workers regardless of the volume of service requests.

Little to no promotions. Lack of interest in employee retainment regarding workers that do all the work for the company. Seem to just be worried worried about numbers and even those won’t do much for your career growth.
