The tech side of the company is really good. Kudos to the tech lead.
Cons
- You will be **never** get paid on time. It's common for the company to pay you 15 days - 1 month late absolutely without any notice. Clear DOL violations. - Horrible management. You will be yelled at like cats and dogs. Have seen many colleagues getting disrespected in front of the entire team. Heartbreaking. - So technically, you work, they delay your pay by multiple pay cycles and your taxes will look like peanut butter mix by the time fiscal year ends. - If they hire you for internship : good luck that. The two stars are only for the technical lead of the company who is holding everything together. The real world irony : This company developed a government contract compliance software, responsible for timely execution of payroll, and correct calculation of taxes with reports. They deserve an IRS and DOL audit, not a Glassdoor review.
