Pros

Working at Atari has been an incredibly rewarding learning experience. The pace is fast, and every day is genuinely different—there’s always a new challenge or problem to solve. You get a lot of ownership and exposure, which means you learn quickly and develop real judgment rather than just executing narrow tasks. One of the biggest highlights for me is the international collaboration. I work closely with teams in India, France, and the USA, which gives a unique global perspective and keeps the work dynamic and interesting. Atari also supports this collaboration by sending me on work trips, which has been a great way to build stronger relationships and better understand how teams operate on the ground. If you enjoy operating at the intersection of technology, product, and strategy—and want to learn by doing—this is a great place to be.

Cons

Because the company moves quickly, priorities can shift and things aren’t always perfectly defined upfront. This can be challenging if you prefer very structured environments, but it’s also part of what makes the role interesting and impactful.

Pros

There is a lot of growth at the company so the workload is heavy, but there's also a lot of exciting things happening which helps incentivize employees. I think it's clear to anyone that works here right now that there's a lot of opportunity for growth and promotions, it might just be challenging to actually get there.

Cons

Workload is heavy, some communication and workflow issues across different teams, benefits and compensation could be more competitive.

Pros

Great people. Amazing environment to work in

Cons

Management has zero clue about anything. You tell them you need a week extension on a milestone or ship date? They don’t care. If you give us ONE WEEK we can fix this game. They decide to ship it broken, get bad reviews, make no money on the game, and the rest is history. Other than that, 5/5 would do again
