Worst Management team in India - stupid HR poilcy policies are worst - like never heard off Notice period - 3 months appraisals are defined based on mood - not based on work - INR 1 Lakh only - even if you do 150 % work, - no discussion- take it or leave it Things to give back if you leave - 6 months of salary hike return - training cost of last 12 months (Certification) I have to give back - bonus of last 6 months too Office politics too - Like ego of India head got hurt due to discussion over rats and cockroaches run in office carpets also, no WFH - even if your team is working from UK and no one in India
