Pros
It was only good at first.
Cons
I’ve noticed that many of the problems here seem to stem from the top. The CEO and the management team appear to be so far removed from the daily struggles of both patients and staff that their decisions end up negatively impacting everyone. Even with an appointment, patients, myself included, are forced to endure long, frustrating wait times. A clear sign that the system isn’t working as it should.
What saddens me most is that while some doctors work hard and show genuine care, their efforts are undermined by a management that seems more focused on bureaucratic procedures and profit margins than on the human side of patient care. I often see staff acting as if they’re simply going through the motions, which makes me wonder if they feel supported by leaders who understand the real challenges we face.
I truly believe that if the CEO and the management team took the time to listen to our feedback and show empathy for our experiences, this facility could become a place where patient care truly comes first. Until then, the disconnect at the top continues to affect the entire community, leaving many of us feeling neglected and frustrated.
