Pros
Incredibly bright coworkers. Work with some of the smartest kids in the world. Everybody is competent and dedicated to improving Athens as an experience. Coworkers are engaged and invested in making sure everybody, not just themselves, succeeds.
Cons
Hard to scale up hours to be a full-time job. There isn't a lot of upward mobility in the industry, so it's good to do as work alongside another job or while someone is a student.
