Warehouse Supervisor/Manager - Warehouse Supervisor/Manager Athens Paper Employee Review

Cheap. The company is so cheap and timid. It's ridiculous. They will succeed at stretching the paper distribution industry to it's final hour, but their extinction is written on the wall. They are so scared that innovation will lead to failure, that they will fail because they refuse to innovate. Also, they treat/pay their hourly workers like garbage. They work their salary employee to the bone for pennies. Benefits include a non-matching 401k, access to expensive healthcare, and the potential for up to 2 whole weeks of vacation with the potential to increase to 3 weeks after 10 years! Annual "increases" are as high as 5%!
