The leadership is excellent and is open to suggestions from lower level employees. Principals remember your name, and are very friendly. The atmosphere is one of hard work and sometimes-tight deadlines, but also very relaxed. Friday night drinks are awesome!

The staff are very collegial and supporting. It can seem somewhat unproffesional compared to other workplaces but that is made up for with the everyone chips in attitude.

Sometimes you may hear of significant decisions through word of mouth via other employees first which can be frustrating if you were not expecting things. This is not a dealbreaker and the HR team is very helpful and do their best to avoid this.
