      Some nice colleagues to work with

      Micromanagement, poor leadership, a tendency to overcook everything, unnecessarily complex, work life values from a previous century. Just the poorest company I have ever worked for, and wont be for much longer, should have checked the staff turnover before i started, working 24/7 is just not on

      too much work under too strict deadlines, very little work life balance, no clear idea of what's going on behind the scenes

      Still a yoing company so policies etc are not as strongly in place as compared to peers.
