      Challenging environment with lots of change. High staff turnover.

      Cons

      Senior management layer completely replaced within the last 12 months. No corporate memory. Toxic culture driven by random firing of experienced staff.

      too much work under too strict deadlines, very little work life balance, no clear idea of what's going on behind the scenes
